Getting started

Before you begin

For the hosted preview, have an email address, a Boat sandbox-provider key and an AI account ready. The sandbox and AI accounts are yours to manage; their own billing, limits and terms apply.

Create your workspace

1. Create a Suparagent account and verify your email address.
2. Open provider setup and add your Boat sandbox-provider key.
3. Open the workspace. The service provisions an environment for your account; the first start or wake can take longer than a later visit.
4. Use the engine sign-in flow in the workspace to connect an AI account. Claude and Codex sign-in paths have been exercised in the hosted preview.

Try one small task

Start with one agent and a bounded task using material you can check. For example: “Read these notes and return a five-point brief. Cite the notes and list anything uncertain.” Keep the output in a place you can inspect.

• Check the response against the source material.
• Review tool activity and any approval request before allowing a consequential action.
• Add another agent, memory or a routine after the first task behaves as expected.

If setup does not work

Check that the sandbox key is saved and the AI engine shows as signed in. A provider can be installed in the product source without being available in every hosted workspace. If the issue continues, contact support with the page and visible error; do not send passwords, keys or verification codes.
