Connect an account, limit which agent can use it and review actions that need approval.
Connect an account for a specific purpose
Connected-app availability depends on the app, your deployment and the account you authorize. The product source includes action paths for GitHub, Gmail and Google Calendar, along with a broader connector layer. A connector appearing in source or on a product page does not mean every account or action has been live-qualified.
Limit access to the agent that needs it
Choose the connected account and the actions that an agent may use. Some connections need a per-agent grant in addition to account sign-in. Give an agent only the access needed for its task and remove grants when the work is over.
Review before an action runs
An action can read or change information in another service. Read the approval card, check the target and requested change, and decide whether to allow it. Do not assume that a read-only label or an agent instruction alone prevents a write.
