Turn a good process into instructions
A skill is useful when it captures a method: how to review a release, structure a brief or evaluate a set of documents. Include required inputs, the steps that matter, and an example of the expected output. Keep passwords and account tokens out of skill text.
Reuse without losing judgment
A stored process saves re-explaining the task. It still needs to fit the new inputs. Ask the agent to state missing information, keep evidence with conclusions, and stop at the approval points you define.
Review learned changes
Skill learning exists in the product source and remains subject to qualification. Review a proposed improvement against the result that motivated it. A general plugin marketplace and broad integration catalog are not currently part of the hosted preview promise.
